Please make sure you submit your orders in plenty of time for Christmas. All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail, in accordance with their guidance we recommend the following:
- Please submit all second class orders by 3pm today, Saturday 18th December
- Please submit all first class orders by 3pm Tuesday, 21st December
Please note these are simply recommendations based on the information on Royal Mail's website, therefore it is important to be aware that there are no guarantees, especially in light of the ongoing Covid situation, that parcels will be received on time even if placed by the dates stated above. Once parcels leave our facility, they are in the hands of Royal Mail and there is only a limited amount of tracking available for standard second & first class parcels.
